Pet Friendly Program
As part of the Loews Loves Pets program, your VIP (Very Important Pet) will be waited on hand and paw, traveling in first-class comfort at our Nashville pet-friendly hotel.

Loews has the most pet-friendly hotels around, and you'll realize it from the moment you and your pet check-in. At our cat-and-dog-friendly hotel in Nashville, all pets receive their own gifts including bowls and a special treat to kick off their vacation. 

Lowes pays special attention to guest rooms that accommodate pets by conducting extra thorough cleaning. We charge a fee of $75 per stay. Loews Hotels limits the number of pets to two (2) per room. Loews Hotels takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests and pets. Hotel Accommodations
The ICA has obtained a special block of room at the Lowes Vanderbilt Hotel, from Wednesday, October 8, 2025, through Saturday, October 11, 2025.  The room rate for either, single/double occupancy is USD $349/night plus tax, which is currently 16.25% (sales tax 9.25%, occupancy 7%, city tax USD $2.50 per night.

All reservations MUST be made via the International College of Angiology (ICA), as we will be providing a rooming list for guest room accommodations.  The designated “cut-off” date for our congress reservations is, Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:00 pm local time. Reservations received by the ICA after that date, will be subject to availability at the rate available at that time.

Reservation Cancellation/Early Departure
In order to confirm a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to which the reservation will be guaranteed. If a guest cancels the reservation later than 48 hours prior to check in day and time, the credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Guests will also be required to pay one night’s room and tax if guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation.  This early departure fee will be waived if the Guest advises the hotel of the change in departure date at check in. 

Check-in and Check-out
Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

  • Dining: Several different dining options, including:  Edgy-yet-elegant meals—at Mason’s, specializing in modern Southern dishes; Craft cocktails at Mason Bar—with its nine-screen media wall, modern-country vibe, and “pre-prohibition-style” drink recipes; Exceptional steaks—from Ruth’s Chris Steak House located onsite
  • Internet: Compliment guestroom Wi-Fi and charging stations are available in many common areas including the lobby, Mason’s, the Mason Bar, and in suites.
  • Parking: Self-parking is $49 + tax per day, per vehicle; Valet parking is $54 + tax per day, per vehicle
  • Room Service: If you prefer to dine in your room or suite, room service is available from Mason’s.
  • Safes and Safe Deposit Boxes: Each room features an in-room safe that is large enough to accommodate a laptop, tablet, or other personal electronics.
  • Security: Safety is always a top priority at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Officers are on duty 24 hours. For your safety and protection, always keep your door double-locked while occupying your room.
  • Fitness Center: Complimentary fitness center access.
  • No Resort Fee
