All hotel reservations at the East Wind Hotel & Spa for our 63rd Annual World Congress MUST be complete by using the form below and submitting the required information along with your reservation form to the International College of Angiology. The International College of Angiology will provide a rooming list to the hotel.   

All reservations MUST be completed prior to9 September 2022 and secured with a credit card authorization equal to a 1-night’s stay as a deposit along with a clear copy (front and back) of the credit card. Any reservation received without the completed credit card authorization and clear copy (front and back) of the credit card WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any reservation received after 9 September 2022, WILL BE UPON AVAILABILITY AND AT THE THEN PREVAILING RATE. DOWNLOAD THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM BELOW and send with your HOTEL RESERVATION FORM.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation between 9 September 2022 and 7 days prior to arrival, will result in a USD $25 penalty per room, and will be charged to the credit card provided with your reservation. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee per room, and will be charged to the credit card provided with your reservation. Cancellation less than 24-hours prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of one-night’s rate per room and will be charged to the credit card provided with your reservation. 

The International College of Angiology has a block of rooms from Monday, 10 October 2022 through Thursday night, 13 October 2022.  All guests will be required to check-out on Friday, 14 October 2022.  There are NO available rooms, at any rate, beginning 14 October 2022.

OCCUPANCY:  SINGLE/DOUBLE ROOM:  USD $139/NIGHT plus prevailing state and local taxes. 
                          SUITE: USD $239/NIGHT plus prevailing state and local taxes. (Limited Availability.

All guest rooms are Non-Smoking. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate your room request on a first come, first served basis.
