Course Overview
The 64th Annual World Congress of the ICA & Cardiovascular Innovations and Practice Guidelines 2023 is a multidisciplinary conference for general cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, radiologists, endovascular specialists, primary care providers, podiatrists, wound care providers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, general and family medicine and cardiovascular nurses, technicians and providers-in-training (fellows, residents, medical students, NP/PA students) sponsored by the Midwest Cardiovascular Research Foundation jointly with the International College of Angiology, and the Iowa Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. This symposium is designed to give a comprehensive update in various aspects of cardiovascular diseases including coronary, structural, peripheral, electrophysiology, women in cardiology, imaging, vascular, general, thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, interventional radiology, neurology/neurosurgery/neuroradiology and vascular biology. An international invited faculty will provide attendees with state-of-the-art knowledge and practical tips useful in daily practice. All registrants will attend the Scientific Sessions held on Tuesday, September 12th to Saturday September 16th, 2023 at the Adler Health Education Center, Genesis Heart Institute, 1236 E. Rusholme Street, Davenport, Iowa 52803.
General Information
Symposium Format
An invited distinguished international faculty will conduct a four-day program that includes didactic, up-to-date information on the current status and the future direction of cardiovascular medicine and surgery. Question & Answer (Q & A) sessions will allow interactive discussions with multiple experts.
Target Audience
The symposium is multidisciplinary and will be of interest to general cardiologists, cardiovascular and thoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists and radiologists, vascular and endovascular specialists, primary care providers, podiatrists, wound care providers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, family medicine and internal medicine and cardiovascular nurses, technicians and providers-in-training (fellows, residents, medical students, NP/PA students).
