Here are additional opportunities in which you could support our 49th Annual World Congress and meet the leaders and innovators in the field.
SUPPORT OF AN EVENT DURING OUR CONGRESS
Support in the form of sponsorship or co-sponsorship of an event for our physicians and allied health registrants is another manner in which you may choose to support our continuing medical education programs. Such support could be any or several of the following:
• Special Interest Group Buffet Breakfasts: (USD) $3,000 each
Sponsor 1 or more of the special interest breakfast sessions (60 minutes) offered on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday mornings. The ICA will provide program and faculty, acknowledgment in preliminary and final scientific program and on website, onsite signage and PowerPoint slide during Scientific Session breaks and table with literature and voluntary contact information sign-up sheet permitted in session.
• Morning and Afternoon Coffee Breaks: (USD) $1,500 each
The morning and afternoon coffee breaks in the exhibit room offers just one more opportunity for your company name to be highlighted to the Congress attendees. You will be recognized in all of the conference literature and on site at each of the breaks.
• A Sponsored Luncheon Symposium: (USD) $5,000 each for 50 persons; (USD) $7,500 each for 100 persons
Sponsor 1 or more of the luncheon symposia accommodating a minimum of 50 persons, chose the topic of your choice, no CME credits. The ICA will provide full acknowledgment in preliminary and final scientific program, website listing of your agenda, email blast sent by ICA to target audience highlighting your program, onsite signage and PowerPoint slide during Scientific Session breaks, along with your promotional flyer at ICA registration area. Speaker’s registration, hotel accommodations and travel at your cost. The ICA will invoice you directly for the cost of luncheon and beverages. Audio visual will be your direct cost. You will be recognized in all of the conference literature and on site at each luncheon you sponsor. In addition your sponsorship will include • Complimentary exhibit space • Complimentary registration to attend all of the scientific sessions and symposia. You may choose to be a partial or full sponsor of any one of these events.
• Welcome Cocktail Reception: Full sponsorship: (USD) $10,000; Partial sponsorship: (USD) $8,000
On the evening of the Opening of our 49th Annual World Congress, Dr. John B. Chang, Program Chairman, and Dr. Kailash Prasad, Chairman, Local Organizing Committee, welcome all participants to the 49th Annual World Congress. As a sponsor of this event you and your colleagues will be invited to attend and network with congress participants and their guests. In addition, your sponsorship will include appropriate signage and recognition at the event and;
- Complimentary exhibit space
- Complimentary registration to attend all of the scientific sessions and symposia
- Recognition in the printed marketing materials
- Opportunity to mail to the pre-registered attendees
- The right to do a room drop highlighting the event for all the attendee
• A Faculty Reception and Buffet Dinner Event: (USD) $7,500
This reception and dinner event is exclusively for the faculty of the Congress and is held the evening following the Opening Ceremony. This event is open to one supporter. The faculty will have the opportunity to meet with the peers. This special faculty reception and buffet dinner offers another opportunity for your company’s name to be highlighted to influential decision makers and faculty members. You will be recognized in our conference literature and on site at the event, as well as to have the opportunity to send 2 representatives to the event. (The Society will limit the number of participants to 30 people).
Custom Designed 49th Annual World Congress Portfolios/Bags:
Attendees use their portfolios to carry important documents and handouts from session to session. Print your corporate or product logo on the outside of these functional bags, and guarantee your company high visibility during and after ICA’07. Cost: No additional charge other than the guarantee to provide Congress Portfolios and shipping to the congress.
General Non-Specific Support of our 49th Annual World Congress
A general non-specific educational grant-in-aid, in the form of a “charitable contribution” to the International College of Angiology would also assist in the culmination of renowned teaching faculty and to defray the preparative costs involved in developing our programs of continuing medical education.
All forms of support, whether they are specific or non-specific, are acknowledged in our preliminary and subsequent program announcements, and the final scientific program of ICA‘2007 • 49th Annual World Congress. These announcements will be generously distributed worldwide. All listings will be in accordance with ACCME requirements and FDA disclosure statements.
CME Accreditation
The 49th Annual World Congress of the International College of Angiology has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the Medical Society of the State of New York and the International College of Angiology, Inc. The Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This continuing medical education activity will be designated for Category 1 credit towards the AMA/PRA (Physician’s Recognition Award).
